From September 6th to 9th, 2023, in Lecce, Italy, an International Conference on eXtended reality, XR Salento 2023, took place. The event also included the XR Competition, a contest showcasing the best and most innovative uses of extended reality technology. Dr. Klaudia Proniewska presented her work on the application of preoperative three-dimensional visualization in organ reconstruction procedures as part of the competition. Dr. Proniewska's presentation was awarded first place, for which we heartily congratulate her.
